Formal Assessment Quiz!

As a quiz, students were working by themselves, silently upon this sheet. It was made to encourage students to work outside of their usual thought process of regurgitating facts, and rather to apply what they knew to what might be a real-world scenario.
I went over the questions with them, and explained to them that I wanted to hear creativity, and that it mattered HOW you used the words given. It would not count if they simply wrote out all the words upon the page. I developed a rubric for myself to evaluate the quizzes as well, however, I think that if I were to evaluate this quiz again, I might give them their own rubric to see and compare their own work to.
